Jeremy grew up on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. He didn't meet a Christian until the age of 21, while he was pursuing a degree in Biology that he hoped would lead to a career in medicine. Out of the fear that God would rob him of that dream, he resisted the idea of handing over his life to Jesus.
It wasn't until he was 24 that he heard the gospel and realized that Jesus had already handed over his own life for him. It was there that he trusted Jesus and it was then that his desires began to shift away from medicine and toward ministry.
A year later in 2010, he met his wife, Liana, as she was singing on the worship team. For him, it was love-at-first-sound. They quickly bonded and were married two years later. The Stuarts then moved to Dallas in 2013, where Jeremy attended and graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM).
Jeremy and Liana have a two-year-old daughter, Noelle, and they're looking forward to welcoming home their three-year-old son through adoption in the coming months. Jeremy and his family are eager to see what God has in store for Hyannis and Cape Cod in the coming years as they plant Seven Mile Road Hyannis.
Seven Mile Road Hyannis has been blessed, even before its inception, with the support of many mission-hearted believers. These brothers and sisters are dedicated to the success of a new church in Hyannis—from devoted prayers to financial support. Some will likely join us as Launch Team members. We’re thankful for this team of supporters who have pledged to plant this church, one way or another. If you'd like to be part of the team, fill out the form below and let's start the conversation!
